About the event
Join us Monday March 2nd 2026 for our 6th Auditorium event: "How Museums Collect and Curate Fine Art Photography with George Eastman Museum Director Dr. Anthony Bannon".
Dr. Bannon helped shaped the museum world's relationship with photography, and this is your chance to learn directly from someone who helped shape photographic history.
You’ll have the rare chance to ask questions directly, about what museums look for, what gets taken seriously, how curators think, and what truly elevates a photographer’s career from “making great images” to becoming part of the fine art conversation.
If you’re here to reach bigger goals, this is exactly the kind of night you take advantage of.
The FICC Auditorium is where FICC Members have the chance to interact and ask questions to leading experts in their field. Learn More about the Auditorium

The Auditorium
In a world where information is abundantly available online, the FICC stands out by offering a unique opportunity for its members: direct access to acclaimed industry experts and renowned personalities in the world of fine art and commercial photography.
These professionals, who are not easily accessible otherwise, make themselves available to directly answer members' questions.
Our roster of guest will include:
Book publishers, museum curators, gallery directors, art dealers, photography agents, creative directors, supermodels of the past and present, famous photographers, and others who can share unique thought provoking experiences all aimed to inspire and motivate.
**How It Works:**
Members of the FICC receive a private Zoom link to the interview between the guest and Robert Farber. An important part of this interview/conversation is dedicated to our members' questions. You are encouraged to speak directly to the guest and have your important personal questions answered.
