"Menage a Nap"

"Menage" denoting three is the typical meaning and in usually in a sexual context. This caught my eye in Central Park on an idyllic spring day as the opportunity to isolate these elements, was my foto fortune. 2 people intertwined and a third behind them who unbeknownst to any of them, are now interconnected in one photo in perpetuity. None of it in a sexual context but just another random scene that perhaps no one else saw and will never be repeated exactly as is. Thank you. I have to be honest. I was/am very confused with the concept of the assignment. I struggled with the confidence in capturing a photo that met the assignment goal. I try to capture an image in my mind before taking the photo. Last week, I was watching an old B&W horror movie and the movie had a ghostly image of a person in the background when the camera was focused on the actor speaking. I thought capturing this vision would be interesting, especially in B&W with Victorian dress and location.
