This photo represents an entire 5 hours of shooting, after 4 months of confinement to my home, due to a broken foot. Iโll drink to that!

A Toast To Tony Via Me From Scorcese!
A Toast To Tony Via Me From Scorcese!
I had just walked up the stairs of the Astor Place Station and pulled my camera out of my bag. As I turned and looked around for what to shoot - right behind me was the silhouette of a girl on her cell phone. I quickly focused, took my reading, advanced the film and shot. Then she moved from where she was standing. I ran around to where she was and explained it all to her but also told her that I was shooting film and wasn't quite sure that photo I took will come out as I want it to since I rushed to take it not to miss the moment. Happy New Year Enid! My goodness, this is such a special contribution to the longest living president in history. I like your sepia presentation of the series. And to think your dad is the same age. Now that adds to your story for sure. To a special 2025.. Cheers๐ฅ
I've always liked images that were made with Kodak High Contrast Copy film. Although I tried to duplicate the darkroom results using Tri-X and developing in Dia-Fine or Accu-Fine. I was never able to achieve the exactness of a copy film. Yesterday using a Topaz Lab plug-in in Photoshop I discovered this. Tech - Canon EOS 1n, negative digitally scanned. (No AI)
